FOCACCIA WITH BLACK OLIVES AND ROSEMARY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1,2 kg all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 1 ts sugar
  • 32 gr instant yeast
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 500 ml lukewarm water
  • 30 gr black olives pitted
  • Rosemary
  • Olive paste

PREPARATION METHOD

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Alternatively place the ingredients in mixer using the dough hook.

Line a parchment paper on a baking tray. Place the dough on the tray and spread with your hands. Cover with a towel and set aside for half an hour.

Once it gets fluffy, pour some olive oil, fresh rosemary and coarse salt.Make littlest holes using your finger.Cover with aluminum foil and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.

Serve with olive paste.
