INTRODUCTION

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a product of organic cultivation, from olive trees of the koroneiki variety. This olive oil comes from groves of the region of Messenia, Peloponnese, which abide to the standards of organic cultivation. The whole process, from farming to bottling, is controlled and checked by special Certification Organizations (DIO) and the olive oil is accompanied by special analyses certifying a final product with no chemical residue. A product of first cold extraction, with an acidity up to 0.35 at the time of extraction. It is characterized by a fruity, velvety taste and a deep green color.
